What happens after you send the form
1. We read the trip, not just the form
Addresses, timing, passenger count and luggage all affect which vehicle and which rate apply, so a person reviews it rather than a calculator.
2. You get a flat-rate quote in writing
By email, with the rate and what it includes. Tolls and parking are billed in addition and are stated separately.
3. Nothing is booked until you confirm
The quote is not a reservation. You reply to confirm, and then the vehicle is held.
If your trip is today or tomorrow, call instead. A form submission is reviewed by a person, and for anything inside 24 hours the phone is faster.
