CORPORATE & EXECUTIVE
Corporate Car Service in New York City
Ground transportation run as an account rather than a series of one-off bookings — consistent vehicles, consolidated invoicing and a dispatcher who knows your travellers.
What changes when you book on an account
Booking a car for an executive once is straightforward. Doing it forty times a quarter, across several travellers, with receipts arriving separately and a different vehicle standard each time, is where most companies start losing time. An account exists to remove that overhead: the rates are agreed once and held, the bookings are made without requoting each trip, and the billing arrives consolidated instead of as a pile of individual charges to reconcile.
It also removes the part executives actually notice. On an account, dispatch knows who your travellers are, which vehicle class they expect, and how they prefer to be met. That consistency is difficult to get from an app and is the main reason companies keep a named operator rather than booking ad hoc.
What a corporate account includes
Rates agreed in writing
Vehicle classes and rates are documented before your first booking, so the invoice matches what was quoted.
Consolidated invoicing
Bookings are invoiced together rather than charged individually, which makes expense reconciliation considerably less tedious.
Standing and repeat bookings
Recurring trips — a weekly office run, a monthly board meeting, a regular flight — are set up once and repeated without being rebooked each time.
Chauffeur consistency
Where scheduling allows, the same chauffeurs are assigned to the same travellers.
Documentation for vendor onboarding
Proof of licensing and insurance is provided for procurement and vendor approval processes.
Direct phone access to dispatch
Bookings and same-day changes go to a person on the phone, not into a queue.
Request a quote
No payment required to get a price
Who opens these accounts
Executive assistants and office managers
Booking on behalf of several people and needing the arrangement to be reliable without being managed.
Corporate travel managers
Needing vendor consistency, documented insurance and licensing, and predictable rates across a programme.
Finance and accounts payable
Needing one invoice to code rather than dozens of individual card charges.
Founders and small executive teams
No travel department, but enough recurring travel that booking each trip individually has become a chore.
The corporate bookings we handle most
Airport transfers for business travellers
Arrivals and departures at Newark, JFK and LaGuardia, with flight tracking so pickup times follow the aircraft rather than the schedule.
New Jersey offices to Manhattan
Executives and teams travelling from a New Jersey headquarters into the city for meetings and returning the same day.
Investor roadshows and multi-stop days
Several meetings across Manhattan on one itinerary, on an hourly booking with the car held between stops.
Visiting clients and out-of-town staff
Transport arranged by the host company for people who do not know the city.
Client entertainment
Dinners, theatre and events where the return leg matters as much as the arrival.
Offsites and team moves
Groups travelling together to a venue, conference or retreat in a Sprinter rather than in several cars.
Setting up an account
1. Tell us how you travel
Call or send a note describing the routes you use most, roughly how often you book, which vehicle classes you need and how you want to be invoiced.
2. We confirm terms in writing
Vehicle classes, rates and the billing arrangement are documented and sent to you before any booking is made, so nothing is agreed verbally and forgotten.
3. Your travellers are set up
We record names, preferences, usual pickup addresses and any standing bookings, so the second booking takes less effort than the first.
4. Book by phone, email or the form
Once the account is open, bookings do not need to be requoted. Billing frequency and payment terms are the ones agreed at setup.
Call 844-441-0003 and we will confirm how an account works for a business of your size and travel volume.
Corporate transport between New Jersey and Manhattan
A large share of corporate bookings in this area are not inside New York City at all — they run from a New Jersey office or home into Manhattan and back. Those trips are predictable enough to put on a standing booking, and they are the ones where a car account pays for itself fastest, because the alternative is an executive driving in and paying Manhattan garage rates for the day.
We publish a dedicated page for each of the New Jersey origins we serve most, covering the crossing, the usual timing and the realistic alternative by transit, so you can see whether a car makes sense for a given route before you commit to it.
Corporate accounts — questions
Is there a minimum spend to open a corporate account?
Call 844-441-0003 and we will confirm how an account works for a business of your size and travel volume. Terms are set at account opening rather than applied from a fixed template.
How is a corporate account invoiced?
Bookings are invoiced on a consolidated basis rather than charged individually. The billing frequency and payment terms are agreed in writing when the account is opened.
Can several people book on the same account?
Yes. Assistants, office managers and travellers can all book against one account, and the bookings appear together on the same invoice.
Do you provide proof of insurance and licensing for vendor onboarding?
Yes. We provide the documentation your procurement or vendor approval process requires.
Can we hold standing bookings for recurring trips?
Yes. Recurring trips are set up once and repeated without being rebooked each time. Tell us the pattern and dispatch will hold it.
Which vehicles are available on a corporate account?
Sedans, SUVs and Sprinters. Sedans and SUVs cover individual travellers and small groups; Sprinters cover teams travelling together.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sedans and SUVs: full refund if cancelled 6 or more hours before pickup. Sprinter vans: full refund if cancelled 48 or more hours before pickup. Cancellations inside those windows are charged in full, unless caused by weather, a natural disaster or a state of emergency. A no-show — the passenger not present at the pickup location with no notice — is charged the full fare. Refunds process within 7 to 10 business days.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the fare. Tipping is optional.
