What Your Quote Includes
The rate covers the trip itself. Two things sit outside it: tolls and parking, which are passed through at cost and itemised on the final invoice, and any congestion charge applied to the vehicle for entering Manhattan at or below 60th Street. Neither is marked up. There is no meter and no surge pricing.
Extras are quoted when you ask for them. Meet and greet is $30 plus parking. Child seats are $30 per seat and must be requested at booking. Waiting beyond the complimentary period is billed in fifteen-minute intervals at a rate we confirm in advance.
