Two service areas that work as one
Most car services in this market are either a New York operator that treats New Jersey as an airport run, or a New Jersey operator that treats Manhattan as a drop-off. The practical consequence is the same either way: a return leg quoted as a separate trip, or a driver who does not know the crossing.
We work across both, and a booking can start on one side of the river and finish on the other without becoming two reservations. That is the whole reason this page lists New Jersey in as much detail as New York.
