The problem is the ride home, not the ride there
Getting to a show or a game is easy. Leaving is the hard part. Twenty thousand people walk out of an arena within ten minutes of each other, surge pricing lands exactly then, and the streets immediately around the venue are usually closed to standing vehicles. That is the moment an evening stops feeling like an occasion.
Booking the evening by the hour removes it. The vehicle is held for the block you reserve, so the same chauffeur who dropped you off is the one taking you home, from a pickup point the two of you agreed before you went in.

A fixed curtain time in, an unpredictable time out, and a district where standing is not an option.

Yankee Stadium, Citi Field and MetLife Stadium, where the car park exit is often slower than the game.

A drop at the door and a collection afterwards, without a walk in bad weather or formal shoes.

Birthdays, anniversaries and engagements, where several stops across one evening are part of the plan.

December in Midtown, where the traffic is the event and walking is the only thing slower than driving.

How the pickup actually works on event nights
On a busy night the street directly outside a venue is frequently closed to waiting vehicles by traffic agents, so a chauffeur cannot simply idle at the door. What we do instead is agree a specific pickup point with you before you go in — a named corner or a side street a short walk from the exit — and your chauffeur is there when you come out.
You also have the chauffeur's number and dispatch's number, which matters more than it sounds. An event that runs forty minutes long is a phone call, not a cancelled ride, because the vehicle is already reserved for you.
Vehicles and minimums
Evenings are booked hourly, with the standard minimums:
Sedan — 3 hour minimum
Two or three people for a show or dinner.
SUV — 3 hour minimum
More room for passengers and coats, same minimum as a sedan.
Sprinter — 5 hour minimum
A group travelling together to one event, or a night with several stops.
Tolls and parking are billed in addition to the hourly rate. Gratuity is not included and is optional. Full refund on cancellations made 6 or more hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, or 48 or more hours for Sprinters. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
Coming in from New Jersey for the evening
Most of the evenings we cover start outside the city. Driving in yourself means a river crossing twice, a Manhattan garage at evening rates, and the one drink you did not have. Booking a car for the evening removes all three, and on a group booking in a Sprinter it is usually cheaper per person than parking.

Event and evening car service — questions
Will the same chauffeur take me home?
Yes. The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for your booked hours, so the person who dropped you off is the one collecting you.
Where does the chauffeur wait during the event?
Not outside the door, because on busy nights that street is usually closed to waiting vehicles. Your chauffeur agrees a specific pickup point with you before you go in and is there when you come out.
What happens if the event runs long?
Call your chauffeur or dispatch. The vehicle is already reserved for you, so a delay is a timing change rather than a lost ride. Time beyond your booked hours is billed as additional time.
What is the minimum booking for an evening?
Three hours for a sedan or SUV, five hours for a Sprinter.
Can we make several stops in one evening?
Yes. That is what an hourly booking is for. You do not need to give us the stops in advance.
Do you serve MetLife Stadium and the New Jersey venues?
Yes. Bookings can start in New York City and run to a New Jersey venue, or start in New Jersey, on one hourly reservation.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in the fare. Tipping is optional.
