The case for one vehicle instead of several
Splitting a group across several cars looks equivalent on paper and never is in practice. Cars arrive minutes apart, someone ends up waiting alone outside a venue, the group is separated for the part of the trip they wanted to spend together, and every vehicle produces a separate charge to reconcile afterwards.
A Sprinter removes all of that. The group boards together, travels together, arrives together, and the whole movement is one reservation with one quote. For anything where the group itself is the point — a team, a wedding party, a family, a set of colleagues heading to the same dinner — it is the better arrangement almost every time.

How group bookings are quoted
Point to point
A single movement — office to venue, home to airport — quoted as a flat rate confirmed in writing before you book. The right choice when there is one pickup and one drop-off and no waiting in between.
Hourly, as directed
The vehicle and chauffeur held for a block of time, with the group directing the stops as the hours run. Sprinter hourly bookings carry a five hour minimum. The right choice for anything with multiple stops, waiting, or an unpredictable finish.
Tell us the head count and how much luggage the group is carrying and we will confirm which vehicle fits before quoting. If the group is larger than one Sprinter, the booking is quoted as multiple vehicles on one reservation, and dispatch confirms availability for the date before anything is held.
Tolls and parking are billed in addition. Gratuity is not included and is optional. Full refund on cancellations made 6 or more hours before pickup for sedans and SUVs, or 48 or more hours for Sprinters. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Because group bookings are usually Sprinters, the 48-hour window normally applies.

What to tell us when you book a group
1. The head count, including children
Not an estimate. A group of nine and a group of eleven are frequently different vehicles, and finding that out at the curb is not the moment.
2. The luggage
Suitcases, golf bags, instruments, sample cases and strollers all take space that passengers would otherwise be using. Tell us what is coming.
3. Whether everyone starts in the same place
One pickup address is a straightforward booking. Three pickup addresses on the way is an hourly booking, and it is better to plan it that way than to add stops on the day.
4. The hard deadline, if there is one
A flight, a curtain, a ceremony or a sailing. If the day has a fixed point, we build the pickup time backwards from it rather than forwards from convenience.
Groups travelling between New Jersey and New York City
Group bookings are where the New Jersey to Manhattan economics are most obviously in your favour. Four cars crossing the river means four tolls and, if anyone parks, four Manhattan garage charges at evening rates. One Sprinter means one of each, and nobody has to drive.

Groups arriving by air can be collected from Newark, JFK or LaGuardia, with the flight tracked so the pickup follows the aircraft rather than the booked time.

How many people fit in a Sprinter?
Capacity depends on the seating configuration and how much luggage is travelling with you. Tell us the head count and the luggage and we will confirm the vehicle before quoting.
Is there a minimum booking for a group?
A single point-to-point group transfer is quoted as a flat rate with no hourly minimum. Hourly Sprinter bookings carry a five hour minimum.
Can you take a group larger than one vehicle?
Yes, quoted as multiple vehicles on one reservation. Tell us the date as early as you can so dispatch can confirm availability before you build a plan around it.
Can the group be collected from more than one address?
Yes, but that is an hourly booking rather than a point-to-point transfer, because the vehicle is making stops rather than one pickup.
Do you handle hotel to venue shuttle runs?
Yes, as an hourly booking across the evening so the vehicle can repeat the run rather than being released after the first trip.
Are tolls and parking included?
No. Tolls and parking charges are billed in addition to the quoted rate.
Can you accommodate a folding wheelchair or mobility aid?
Yes. Folding wheelchairs and mobility aids fit in the luggage space of our standard vehicles, and your chauffeur will help load and unload them.
